Our Sustainability and Business Advisory unit partners with corporates and funders to design and implement strategic interventions that support their sustainability goals. We craft focused strategies and forward-looking action plans, grounded in rigorous research and data-driven insights, to enable a meaningful transition towards net zero. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Organization Development Intern to support key initiatives in Learning & Development (L&D), skill mapping, and capability building for our Sustainability Business team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the people and organizational practices that power a high-impact consulting team. Internship Duration: 3 months What You'll Work On - Support the design and rollout of L&D programs that enhance consulting skills and sectoral expertise. - Contribute to skill mapping exercises, helping identify capability gaps and designing interventions to strengthen our talent pool. - Assist in building frameworks, tools, and processes for organization development and culture building. - Conduct research, benchmarking, and documentation to capture best practices in OD and sustainability consulting. - Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team on high-priority org building projects.
