Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities on-site, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for goods or services rendered to clients, adhering to established billing cycles and client agreements.

Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors promptly, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Generate financial reports, statements, and analyses to provide insights into client account performance and trends.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and finance, to address client inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure smooth workflow processes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters and providing support as needed.

Assist with contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and billing terms to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.

Monitor client credit limits and payment terms, proactively identifying potential risks or opportunities for improvement.

Stay informed about industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Implement and maintain efficient accounting procedures, systems, and controls to streamline processes and improve productivity.
