Accounts and Admin Executive

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant and Admin Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
The primary duties and responsibilities of an Accounts and Admin Executive include:
**Accounts Management**:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining bank records
- Preparing and processing invoices and purchase orders
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
**Administrative Management**:
- Handling general office administration tasks, such as maintaining records and managing correspondence
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff and executives
- Providing support to other departments as required
- Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Responding to inquiries from vendors and other stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments
- Coordinating with external vendors and service providers
- Managing and maintaining company databases and systems
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
