Process Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete tasks on time.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-ups for ongoing activities.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and documentation.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Support senior staff in executing business operations.
- Handle queries and provide assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc. - Freshers can apply).
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Punjabi**.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite (Word, Excel, G-sheets & G-docs) preferred.
- Active, enthusiastic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
