**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, physicians, and allied professionals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, background checks, and healthcare staffing regulations.
- Collaborate with the credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure timely placements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to increase retention and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting (1 3+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare job functions.
- Experience using ATS platforms and job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
