About the Role

In this role you will own the Go To Market Definition for Ready Care Product Family including ECU, radar, camera, Software Products that will profitably address market gaps in our portfolio. You would work within Scope Team on short-term and long-term Go To Market strategy to realize the growth for HARMAN.

What You Will Do
- Manage the setup and execution of the READY CARE portfolio Sales plan
- Drive related go-to-market activities across business development and marketing
- Manage the READY CARE strategy and Sales plan aligned pursuit planning and execution as the key interface towards the business development team
- Provide guidance related to securing a successful pursuit plan execution aligned with the product go-to-market strategy
- Act as the key interface towards the marketing team for defining and executing required product marketing plans
- Drive orchestration of the 5 years Sales planning between the CBUs and READY CARE
- Coordinate alignment of the READY CAREplans with other Products and SBUs that we deliver products into
- Setup and own the underlying market analysis for the product opportunity assessment
- Aggregate and systemize the received market feedback to continuously improve our product value proposition and roadmaps
- Drive evaluation of the market feedback with responsible product managers and technical leads supporting roadmap change control board decision preparation
- Support business and pricing model management for READY CARE
- Ensure that the product revenue plans are achieved and recommend corrective actions
- Report the portfolio Go-To-Market activities to senior leadership
- Support READY CARE related M&A activities
- Assess the marketand perform related scenario planning

What You Need
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Electrical engineering, information / communications technology or comparable course of studies with very good business management skills, alternatively study of business management with very good technical knowledge
- 1-5 years industry experience preferred automotive/aerospace or industrial project consulting. Alternatively, based on educational foundation, having experiences in relevant internship roles in various companies, ideally within different international locations for more than 12 month.

- Strong cooperation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Profound technical understanding for in-cabin Sensors & software features
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus
