Reports To - Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities
- Call our potential customers who have raised queries and engage with them.
- Post Engagement, resolve their queries.
- Respond quickly to assigned leads.
- Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company

Input Metrics/Daily Target
- 9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
- Deliver 5 hours of on - call time on a daily basis (On-call refers to actual talktime + ringing time)

Requirements
- Any Graduate / PostGraduate
- Proven experience of minimum 6 months in TeleCalling. Experience in Customer Support

Representative role is an added advantage
- Proficient in Hindi & English
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.

Earnings:
1. INR 12,350

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
