**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Customer Service**:
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, tour packages, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Customize travel packages based on client requirements and budget.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
**Market Research & Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and potential new products.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and booking details.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field would be a plus.
