Role

Drive Off-line sales using partner/client profiles through rigorous planning, forecasting and delegating the right targets to the team membersEstablish and maintain relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry influencersand key strategic partners to extract businessStrategize to set the right milestones & maintain stability in business volumes and plan aheadReview and ensure performance of team members to achieve monthly business revenue targetsEfficiently plan and execute market-site visits within assigned region, to maintain relationships with clients as well as drive business expansionShare regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground salesKeep abreast on competition & adapt acquired knowledge in change management
