**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Ramtekdi Industrial estate, Hadapsar Pune

**Experience Level**: Minimum 2 - 3 years

Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research to identify key industries, companies, and decision-makers for lead generation.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to potential B2B clients and introduce the company’s products/services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our offerings.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies for pipeline development.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for lead generation and appointments set.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and cold calling in the B2B sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective cold calls and engage decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and prioritize potential leads.
- Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
