Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious female Sales Executive to join our growing team at Magizh NexGen Technologies (MnT). You will be responsible for promoting our software development services and IT products to potential clients, nurturing leads, and helping businesses find the right digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients for custom software development, mobile apps, and IT solutions.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions with support from the tech team.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain proper sales documentation, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, expos, and networking events.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in B2B or IT/software sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software products, and emerging technologies.
- Tech-savvy, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
