**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:Managing and coordinating the activities of tool room personnel, including machinists, inspectors, and operators.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintaining accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and inventory levels.
- **Tool Maintenance and Repair**:Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- **Production Support**:Collaborating with production teams to ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment for efficient manufacturing processes.
- **Quality Control**:Implementing quality control measures to ensure that tools and equipment meet established standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensuring that all tool room activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- **Training and Development**:Mentoring and training tool room staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Troubleshooting**:Identifying and resolving tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- **Process Improvement**:Developing and implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
