**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Assign and oversee daily production tasks to team members, ensuring clear communication and effective execution.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly follow up on team members’ progress and provide support to address any challenges or delays.
- **Deadline Adherence**: Ensure all production tasks and goals are completed on time, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- **Time Management**: Implement and uphold effective time management practices to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production progress and report on performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a production supervision role, preferably in the apparel or kids’ wear industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
