**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **System Management**: basic level Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems,
- **Network Administration**: Basic troubleshooting for internet.
- **User Support**: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- **Backup Management**: Assist in the execution and management of backup systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software configurations, system logs, and troubleshooting procedures.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to improve system functionality and user experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common IT tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are an advantage but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving IT issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
