Administrative Tasks:
1. Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
3. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Maintain office calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings.
5. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
6. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial tasks.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
8. Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks.
Reception Duties:
1. Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls.
3. Handle walk-in inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors.
4. Monitor and control access to the office premises.
5. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and couriers.
6. Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
7. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to management and other departments.
2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
3. Participate in special projects and events.
4. Develop and implement administrative processes.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Efficient management of office operations.
2. Accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
3. Professional and courteous reception service.
4. Effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
5. Maintenance of organized and up-to-date records.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of administrative experience.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
