The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively and help elevate our marketing and promotional materials. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, sales collateral, signage, newsletters, marketing materials, and etc. - Create and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity - Research best practices in market, advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects. - Create and design innovative and out of box creatives for digital and print. - Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software - Manage multiple projects within the design specifications and timelines. - Determine voice and messaging for graphic design elemenst. - Work with the relevant stakeholders across departments to promote the products and content. **Relationships**: - Reports to: Marcomm Lead **Qualifications**: - Education: bachelor’s degree or higher in design field - Work Experience: 2-3 years of overall experience in designing **Knowledge and Skill Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field - Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator - Efficient in written and verbal communication skills - 2-3 years of experience in graphic design - Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills - Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects - Ability to multitask and provide creative insights - Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred - Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web - Experience with both print and digital media - Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software **Location**: Hyderabad We look forward to welcoming you to the Biopact team **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (required) - Design: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
