**We are looking for a chef to join our team and prepare lip-smacking dishes for our customers. The primary responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing first-class dishes. If you have experience with great and advanced cooking techniques, we would like to meet you Ultimately, the chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering a complete menu to our guests.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**- Be familiar with sanitation regulations**

**- Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc**

**- Cook delicious dishes in a time-bound manner**

**- Assign tasks to kitchen staff**

**- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen**

**- Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed**

**- Experiment with new recipes**

**- Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations**

**- Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)**

**Requirements**:
**- Proven work experience as a chef or cook with hands on experience in creating a delicious freshly stretched dough exotic artisanal pizza’s and authentic style pasta recipes.**

**- Effective culinary skills**

**- Great time management skills**

**- Strong organizational skills**

**- Ability to do multi-tasking**

**- Ability to take leadership role**

**- Advanced knowledge of culinary, beverages and bakery techniques**

- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes**

**- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)**

**Looking for people willing to do 10 hours of shift and rotational shifts**

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
