Role: Finance & Accounts Executive

Joining: Immediate

Salary Level: Rs. 15,000 - 30,000 (based on role, experience & skill)

Working Hours: 9.00AM to 5.30PM (MON-SAT, second SAT is holiday)

Location: Jigani, Bangalore (560105)

Qualification:

- Min. Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (or relevant)
- Min. 1+ years of accounting experience
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel - Mandatory
- Proficiency in Tally sofware - Mandatory
- Proven financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

**Job Description**:

- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accounting
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Manage accounting assistants
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Assist with tax audits and filing tax returns
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Dealing routinely with Bank for all Bank related works including submitting monthly Stock statements
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Filling monthly compliances such as GST, TDS etc.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Accounting & Financial principles applicable in India
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
