**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized **Office Admin** to join our team **IQJITA**. In this role you will ensure smooth functioning of daily operations, student support, exam coordination, and administrative activities. The role requires good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to support both staff and students efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Open/close classrooms and supervise facilities, electricity, and cleanliness.
- Maintain student records, photos, and update details in the Nurture App.
- Coordinate HR-related student training sessions and follow up with students/parents on attendance and fees.
- Coordinate exam cell duties like fee collection, exam arrangements, and compliance with academic guidelines.
- Manage office assets, resources, and coordinate maintenance.
- Control and monitor all stationary purchase
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Any field.
- Good communication, MS Office knowledge, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle student-parent interactions effectively.
- 0-1 year experience preferred.
Working hours 8.30 am to 5.30pm

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
