**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Managing calendars as well as associated operations.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Handling general office tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders.
- Answering queries by employees and clients.
- Overseeing office equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.
- **Meetings and Events Coordination**:
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
- Preparing meeting agendas and materials.
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing them.
- Arranging for meeting rooms and refreshments.
- **Record Keeping and Compliance**:
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Other Duties**:
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
- Providing administrative support to various projects.
- Travelling to various sites as part of the job
- Other such duties, which falls under the scope of ‘Admin Executive’ role.
**Requirements and skills**
- Experience 0-2 years
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude
- Attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to adapt to different tasks
Education: Any Degree
Schedule: Day shift
