**Job Title**: Product Expert - Showroom Sales
**Location**: Trivandrum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge & Customer Assistance**:

- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and uses of various products to customers.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Answer customer queries and address concerns about products effectively.
- **Sales & Upselling**:

- Assist customers in making purchase decisions, encouraging them to choose the best products for their requirements.
- Drive showroom sales by actively promoting current products, deals, and new arrivals.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to increase the value of customer purchases.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure customers have a seamless and positive shopping experience in the showroom.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in organizing and displaying products in the showroom in an attractive and effective way.
- Ensure that the showroom is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with products.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory in the showroom.
- Collaborate with the showroom manager to meet sales targets and report on daily/weekly performance.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve showroom goals and provide a cohesive customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade; a degree or diploma in sales or marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail or showroom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong product knowledge and interest in the product range.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
