As a System Support Associate, you will assist the IT team in monitoring and maintaining key system infrastructures, such as servers, network devices, and computer systems. Your role includes handling support tickets, performing software installations, managing system updates, and supporting backup and recovery processes. You will also work on documenting processes and participating in ongoing system improvement projects. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a foundational knowledge of system administration.
