As an **Officer** - Project Sales,
- You will assist in driving sales for large construction projects in your assigned area.
- Your main focus will be learning to identify key projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring our products are specified and used.
- You will work closely with the Sales Project Manager and senior team members to implement sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales goals.

**Techno-Commercial Expertise**:

- Utilize technical knowledge of building construction products to effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing the construction market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels including online research, industry events, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, and timeline.

**Customer Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
