- **Personal Development**: Supporting students in developing essential skills such as time management, study skills, communication skills, and decision-making skills. Addressing any personal or emotional issues that may impact their academic performance.
- **Resource Referral**: Connecting students with relevant resources and support services within the educational institution or community. This may include tutoring services, financial aid programs, career development workshops, and mental health counseling.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keeping detailed records of counseling sessions, academic plans, and student progress. Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality guidelines.
- **Professional Development**: Staying updated on educational trends, counseling techniques, and career development resources. Participating in training workshops, conferences, and networking events to enhance counseling skills.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success. Communicating regularly with colleagues to share insights and coordinate interventions for students.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**: Evaluating the effectiveness of counseling interventions and programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and academic performance indicators. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for continuous enhancement of services.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
