Sales Representative

- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer feedback.
**3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration**
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Educate customers on product usage and advantages.
**4. Negotiation & Closing Deals**
- Prepare and present competitive sales proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- Close deals and finalize sales transactions.
**5. Sales Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Use CRM software to track customer data and sales performance.
**6. Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for product delivery.
- Share insights and feedback with management for business improvements.
**7. Meeting Targets & KPIs**
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously work on improving sales techniques and performance.
