**Job Profile**:
Prepare and verify export documents (Pre & Post shipment documents) such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation Ensure all export documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with international trade regulations

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and external parties (freight forwarders, shipping lines, Insurance Company) to gather necessary information and arrange shipments

Visit Chamber of Commerce, EIA & other offices for documentation completion & other related functions.

Handling Import Shipment, coordinate with CHA, Shipping Line, Bank to close end to end transaction

Should have good knowledge of Incoterms

Should be well versed with MS Excel, MS Power Point

Stay updated with international trade regulations and ensure compliance

Handle documentation related to export licenses, permits, and certifications.

Maintain accurate records of all export documents and transactions.

Well versed with MS Excel & Powerpoint

**Experience**:

- Operations: 2 years (preferred)
