We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic **International Business Development Executive** to expand our global footprint in the bathware and home improvement industry. You will be responsible for identifying international market opportunities, handling overseas clients, managing export documentation, and building strong B2B partnerships across countries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential international buyers (distributors, retailers, architects, importers).
- Generate leads through exhibitions, trade portals, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely export order fulfillment.
- Develop and manage international sales channels, including dealers and distribution partners.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and demand forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, BL, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field. (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in international sales or export (preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, furniture, or similar sectors).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and trade portals like IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
