**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fabrication using various techniques including MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.
- Cut, shape, and join metal components to specifications using welding equipment.
- Conduct repairs and modifications on machinery, plant structures, and equipment.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and work area in good condition.
- Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE during all welding activities.
- Work in coordination with the maintenance, production, and quality teams.
- Maintain proper records of welding work and material usage.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machines or fabricated components.

REQUIRED
- Strong technical skills in welding and fabrication
- Ability to work from technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures and welding standards
- Skilled in SMAW, MIG, TIG, and Gas Cutting
- Experience in welding of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and alloys
- Familiarity with grinders, gas cutters, and other fabrication tools
