**Profile - Dispatch Supervisor**

Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

**Experience - Min. 4-6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics within a manufacturing environment.**

Salary - Upto 45K + Food & Accommodation

Location - Mundra (Guj)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily dispatch activities including loading, unloading, and shipment of goods.
- Ensure on-time and accurate dispatch of finished goods to customers, dealers, or warehouses.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality control, and logistics teams to schedule dispatches effectively.
- Maintain proper documentation such as invoices, gate passes, delivery challans, and E-way bills.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure proper utilization of transport resources.
- Handle third-party logistics and transport vendors to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements related to transportation.
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/systems regularly for real-time data accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of dispatch operations and suggest process improvements.
- Train and supervise dispatch staff and loaders/helpers.

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge of dispatch planning, inventory control, and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and documentation (E-Way Bill, GST invoices, etc.).
