**TSA** is a specialized **Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and architectural firm** with expertise in **residential redevelopment projects and licensing work**. We focus on delivering innovative, compliant, and well-executed projects that enhance urban living. As we expand our interior design division, we are looking for a **Fresher Architect** to join our team and contribute to our growing portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **designing and drafting residential redevelopment projects**, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Support **PMC operations** by preparing project reports, tracking progress, and coordinating with contractors and consultants.
- Collaborate on **interior design projects**, developing space layouts, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed **working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications** for execution.
- Assist in **preparing feasibility reports** for redevelopment projects, including site analysis, regulations, and project viability.
- Conduct **site visits, surveys, and inspections** to monitor construction progress and adherence to design intent.
- Research new materials, sustainable solutions, and innovative design trends to enhance project outcomes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, and MS Office**.
- Proficiency in **Photoshop, Revit 3D, Rhino 3D, Vray**(preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of **redevelopment processes, building codes, and licensing procedures** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Interest in **PMC, project coordination, and interior design**.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a collaborative environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
