We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Expert to build relationships with HNIs and drive sales for this prestigious project.
**Job Description**:
The LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Expert will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to connect with HNIs, driving sales through LinkedIn and other digital platforms. This role is crucial in creating awareness, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential investors, leveraging Emirates Worldwide Group’s reputation and the unique appeal of the Palm Jumeirah Indore project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Sales Strategy:
- Develop a LinkedIn sales and marketing strategy focused on HNI engagement and lead generation for Palm Jumeirah Indore.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted outreach, and relevant groups to connect with potential investors.
2. HNI Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Engage with HNI contacts through personalized messaging, exclusive content, and relationship-building activities.
- Organize virtual and in-person events to showcase the Palm Jumeirah Indore project to high-value clients.
- Build and maintain connections with influential figures in the industry to expand our network among HNIs.
3. Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Generate leads by identifying and reaching out to HNIs interested in high-end real estate investments.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads, convert interest into sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Implement follow-up strategies to maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale.
4. Content Creation & Marketing:
- Create content that resonates with HNIs, including posts, articles, and promotional materials highlighting the luxury, exclusivity, and innovative features of Palm Jumeirah Indore.
- Curate testimonials, success stories, and project updates that enhance our credibility and appeal to HNIs.
- Manage and regularly update the LinkedIn page to keep our brand top-of-mind for prospective investors.
5. Analytics & Campaign Performance:
- Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn and digital campaign performance to optimize outreach and improve ROI.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other analytics tools to refine strategies, increase engagement, and maximize lead generation.
- Set KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in driving sales and HNI conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically targeting HNIs in luxury real estate or high-value investment sectors.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital sales techniques, and HNI engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a flair for connecting with affluent clients.
- Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads among HNIs across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and refine marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in the real estate or luxury marketing industry, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with Indore’s luxury market and investment landscape.
- Certification in LinkedIn Marketing or Digital Sales is a plus.
