**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and client communications.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
