- Manage daily plant operations (STP/WTP/ETP) with a focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Lead a large workforce, ensuring productivity, discipline, and continuous skill development.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize resources, reduce downtime, and control operational costs.
- Ensure all statutory and environmental compliance is met.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,954.21 per month
