Purchase Merchandizer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement purchasing strategies**: Create and execute strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- **Vendor management**: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- **Inventory management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
- **Cost control**: Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Market analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
- **Team leadership**: Supervise and mentor purchasing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
