**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:Junior Executive

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years

**Qualification**:Diploma in Industrial Safety/ Fire & Safety

**Job Brief**

To ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards within the waste management operations. You will work alongside senior EHS personnel and operational teams to implement and maintain effective safety protocols, environmental protection measures, and health initiatives to mitigate risks associated with waste management processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of waste management facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with senior EHS personnel to develop and deliver training programs for employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Participate in incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures for waste handling and disposal activities.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance reports and permits as required.
- Monitor environmental parameters such as air quality, water quality, and noise levels to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain documentation related to safety and environmental compliance efforts, including records of training, inspections, and incidents.
- Coordinate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure effective EHS management within the waste management sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
