**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively and professionally.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and international customer handling protocols.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 Year to 2 years of experience in an international voice process
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Neutral or American/British accent preferred).
- Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes with a calm and empathetic demeanor.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in rotational shifts (depending on region support).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with relevant experience can also be considered).
- Prior BPO/KPO or customer support experience in an international setup.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
