Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain clinic services
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate service-related information
- Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination between clients and clinic staff
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to enhance customer acquisition
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer-facing.

- Fluency in Gujarati and English is a must
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
