Workshop Controller/floor Supervisor

The Workshop Controller is responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising between Service Advisor’s and Technicians, ensuring that all required work is actioned effectively and efficiently.

Monitor the progress of repairs and services by following up directly with service teams.

Manage the performance of the workshop to ensure that KPI targets are achieved.

Provide focused management to the service department team, to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Manage the workshop floor by loading the workshop, scheduling the right work to the right Technician, ensuring customers vehicles will be ready on time, and fixed right first time.

Manage and plan workshop / support resources to ensure that work requirements are fulfilled.

Conduct final checks on vehicles before release to customers.

Manage the workshop scheduling - when this is done correctly, ensure customers vehicles are completed on time and fixed right first time.

The result is fewer carry overs; fewer repeat repairs and lower unsold Technician hours.

Monitor Technician progress throughout the day and keep the SAs informed on the progress of the vehicles.

Ensure both internal and external jobs meet required promised times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
