- Total Experience : 3 Years in Sales Field
- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 Years as a Sales Coordinator with real estate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and manage sales-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Support in the maintenance of CRM systems and databases.
- Monitor and report on sales team activities and progress.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales processes.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department.

**Requirements for Sales Coordinator**:

- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities to manage sales documents and schedules.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
- **Administrative Skills**: Proficient in administrative tasks, including document preparation and CRM usage.

- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
