We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy **Social Media Executive** to join our team and help drive community engagement, brand storytelling, and visual presence across social platforms.

**Role Overview**

As a **Social Media Executive**, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content across platforms like **Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more**. You’ll work closely with the creative, content, and influencer teams to elevate The Living Co’s digital presence and engage our growing community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage the **content calendar** across all key social platforms.
- Write compelling **captions, hooks, and CTAs** in line with the brand voice.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Track trends in beauty, wellness, and social media to inspire new content formats.
- Schedule, post, and monitor content using tools like **Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite**.
- Engage with the community — respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions.
- Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators for social-first content.
- Analyze performance data and suggest improvements for growth and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in managing social media for a D2C, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends (especially Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like **Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express**, or **AI-based content tools** is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of timelines and content flow.
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
- Basic understanding of **performance metrics** like engagement rate, reach, saves, etc.
- Ability to edit short-form videos or reels.
