**Responsibilities**:

- Needs to be Theme / Concept
- visualizer and creator.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create unique and innovative design concepts that effectively promote our real estate properties and services.
- Optimize photographs of real estate properties through editing, retouching, and enhancing to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Ensure all design materials are delivered within specified deadlines and meet the company's quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external agencies to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of advanced Design skills using Corel Draw, Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, AI Illustrator, After Effect & editing, etc.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 2 years (preferred)
