**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to students in middle and secondary grades (Classes 6-10).
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging lessons that enhance grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Inspire students to appreciate literature and develop creative writing abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide individual student attention and offer academic counseling to support their learning needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in departmental planning, activities, and curriculum development.
- Organize and participate in school events, such as literary competitions, debates, and drama presentations.
- Maintain an effective classroom environment conducive to learning and discipline.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: B.A. in English with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification. A Master's degree (M.A. in English) is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of innovative and student-centered teaching methods.
- Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
