**Responsibilities**:

- Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, reels and images—suitable for the various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,Whatsapp and YouTube
- Edit raw footage to produce high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia etc) to cut, splice, and arrange footage to create seamless transitions and compelling narratives.
- Craft compelling captions, posts, tweets, and other social media content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Enhance video and audio quality through color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for video content.
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all video projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and incorporate new techniques to enhance video quality.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow throughout the editing process.
- Work closely with the design team to incorporate visually appealing elements into social media content.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of video production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on creativity.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while working under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for video content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,415.57 - ₹1,071,390.25 per year
