Should have 5+ years of experience in residential project executive.
- Experience in preparing BOM, cut list & 2D initial and detail drawing.
- Should have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proper Planning and Scheduling for the project execution, supervisor and manage the site engineers and get project complete on or before the Schedule.
- Deploying the Technicians (carpenters, painters, electricians) as per the scope of the project within the time line.
- Should have ability for outsourcing labors for site execution ( carpenter, painters, electrician ect) process.
- Experience in Daily reporting and update on work done and work in progress to the reporting head.
- Negotiation skills with the labors.
- Coordinating with Vendors, Contractors to get the project executed.
- Monitoring, Controlling and Supervising the Site Work.
- Should have experience in Material Management.
- Ensure completion of projects on time, quality & quantity inspections and submit the report.
- should have experience in project completion reports, QC checking before handing over it to the client.
- should have experience in handing a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
