## **Job Summary**:

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and target new customers and business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads through networking, trade shows, online platforms, and existing contacts.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with clients.
- **Marketing Activities**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote têxtile products (fabrics, garments, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new markets.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to develop product positioning and promotional strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries or complaints.
- Gather customer feedback and report it to the product and production teams.
- **Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
## **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the **têxtile industry** (fabric, yarn, garments, home têxtiles, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
## **Preferred**:

- Existing client base or strong network in the têxtile sector.
- Experience with B2B and/or international sales.
