**Key Responsibilities**
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, coordination with leadership,

and full-cycle recruiting.
- Responsible person for onboarding employees and support.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Responsible to manage the exit process including conducting exit interviews and exit formalities.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader

and member.
- Nurture a positive working environment

**Skills**
- Preferably US Market experience and proven working experience in Talent Acquisition/ Generalist profile
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
