Job Role:Communicate with the business representatives (of the customer), understand existing processes, understand business needs & challenges, document the existing processes and define new processes as per the direction of the Business Process Architects. Result driven and should take ownership Job Description:1. Document existing & proposed processes2. Ensure training of customer use rs in the defined business processes3. Improve processes across business functions 4. Create pitch decks, presentations and report s.5. Facilitate the business planning cycle for various businesses.6. Analysing data and drawing insights.7. Act as the main liai son between the customer representatives and internal & external stakeholders.8. Ensure action items from various meetings are impl emented.9. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.Job Skill-1. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles2. Tools skills:

- MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Visio)
- Experience with any Business Process Modelling Tools3. Good to have:
