**Job Title: Investment Sales Executive - Banking**

**Location**:

- Palakkad: Pattambi, Pathirippala, Chittur, Palakkad
- Malappuram: Perintalmanna, Manjeri, Malappuram, Nilambur, Edappal, Vadakkencherry

**Experience**: Fresher / Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

**Salary**: Up to Rs. 30,000/- per month (Based on current CTC)

**Shift**: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Client Acquisition**:Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.

**Cross-Selling**:Promote and sell a range of financial products to existing and new clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met and provide ongoing support.

**Financial Analysis**:Conduct financial assessments and analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable products.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

**Achievement of Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
