**Responsibilities & Skill Set**:

- **Cold Calling**:Reach out to potential students and parents to introduce our services, answer queries, and book appointments with counselors.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls professionally, provide information about our services, and resolve basic inquiries.
- **Scheduling**:Schedule meetings for students with counselors, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- **Relationship Building**: Create a positive impression of Northgate Education through courteous and informed communication.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Fluency in English (other regional languages are a plus)
- **People Skills**:A friendly and empathetic attitude with the ability to build rapport over the phone; understanding the nature of the caller.
- **Comprehension Skills**:Ability to understand questions and respond appropriately to provide clarity; patiently address all questions and emotions.
- **Organized**:Strong time management skills, and attention to detail for accurate scheduling.
- **Experience**:Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or any related role/experience is preferred.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,867.76 - ₹17,500.00 per month
