**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular financial reports.
- Measure and value work done on-site.
- Negotiate contracts and work with contractors and suppliers.
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
- Advise on procurement strategy.
- Ensure that all legal and quality standards are met.
- Resolve disputes and ensure value for money at all project stages.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office and on-site working as required.
- Occasional travel may be needed depending on project location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
